Pizza and Burgers

I will be perfecting my pizza until I cannot stand it any longer! The cheese is the hardest part to re-create. It either comes out looking really fake or just plain weird. Pizza is my favorite food (especially the deep dish I get here in Chicago) and I simply must keep plugging away until I get the perfect pizza. This first one is pretty close. Clearly, it's off center a bit (maybe I shouldn't be telling you this!) but next time, it will be just perfect!
