My Homemage to Salmon

I love salmon, yes I do. I took all of these photos on the roof of my apartment building. 28 floors up and this is what you get! Look at the bright pictures! My love for salmon is abbreviated though. The only way I will eat salmon (the food I am claiming to adore) is either raw in sushi or packed in a tight aluminum "purse" and poached on the grill. YUM! I put a bit of fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper, wrap the salmon in aluminum and away we go!
